Who are you?  

Charlotte For Less, LLC, is family owned business.  Andy, is a Hospitality Management graduate from East Carolina University.  Despite being an Information Technology pro / consultant for over 25 years, he has always rented houses as a side business as there is no shortage of folks relocating to Charlotte.

We have rented thousands of nights on AirBNB across four doors in six years.  We only rent this one now because of the oversaturation on the AirBNB platform these days.  Plus it is easy to manage being so close and we can take better care of our transient guests better than a corporate landlord.  We do it all ourselves which is why we have a five star rating on AirBNB.

What does Charlotte For Less do?  What can I expect?

You can expect a full kitchen (with a stoves and microwave), kitchen cooking and eating utensils (pots, pans, silverware, dishes, in-unit laundry facilities, 55" HDTVs and more, all for less money than a typical extended stay lodging facility.  We provide high speed Wi-Fi internet (500 megabit Spectrum service), off street parking, a real mailing address and so much more!
