My stay here has been awesome! This place has been perfect for me & my dogs. Andy has been great too, always very responsive and even checking in periodically through text to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly too, with lots of trails and paved walking paths nearby. Highly recommend!

Excellent long term stay. My family of six (and a dog) needed about seven months of temporary living so our house could be built. This residence fit all of our needs. Just enough room for everyone with all major amenities. Host was extremely attentive to all needs with no major issues. Home decor is a bit dated but definitely fully functional. Outstanding location to all areas of south Charlotte and very easy access to airport and uptown.

Everything was amazing. It was clean, well maintained, and it feels like home. Accessible to everything walking distance and for the drive. Neighbourhood was calm and quite as well as safe. I definitely recommend this place. We stayed for a month and it felt like I lived there for an entire lifetime. Looking forward to being there again!

Great location, nice having 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for a family relocating. It would be the perfect rental if loving room was a bit bigger but it’s a great use of the space for what it is. Driveway works best if you back all the way in.

Like most short term rentals, it depends on what you value. The unit was good for us while some renovations were being done nearby. We would definitely stay again if we need a basic place for an extended stay. Pros: The place was clean and communication was good. The kitchen was above average, and the three bedrooms are very good space. The neighborhood is very nice, walkable and convenient to lots of things. Several big TVs with Roku in each room. Parking was easy. Cons: The sitting area is a smallish and a bit oddly arranged, and the furniture a bit sparse and not fancy. The unit is behind another house which wasn’t a problem for us, but may be uncomfortable for some

A comfortable, well-furnished and equipped little house in a great neighborhood. Stores and restaurants are a few minutes drive away, Uptown is a straight shot and a short distance. The front porch area is quiet and nice for relaxing with coffee in the morning. The host is attentive and responsive. No complaints here!

We had a 3 month stay here. The neighborhood is very nice (and we met the NICEST people!). The house is very close to the park / greenway, which was wonderful when walking the dog. Initially, we found the kitchen under-stocked with cookware / dishes for our long stay, but we brought this to Andrew’s attention and he rectified a the shortcomings promptly.

Very nice place to stay. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Close to all the restaurants and shopping you can handle. Andy was an extremely gracious host and was quickly responsive to any questions I had. Nicely updated appliances all throughout. Highly recommend for one or two guests for any length of stay.

Andrew’s place was everything we needed it to be.... cozy, dog friendly, reliable, and safe! Andrew is a great communicator and very prompt in handling any questions. We loved the local tips he provided and suggest the pizza spot if you’re staying here! We are going to miss our own little private porch and grew fond of the trees

Andrew was amazing. We put two employees in the house for a month, and during that time the air went out during a heat wave. Andrew was working on it before we even knew about it, and had it back up and running the nex day. He also kept us up to date on the progress, and my employees said he was friendly and they enjoyed visitin with him as well when he came by during this. I would highly reccomend using any of his properties, and I know we will be again in the future.
